Do I need to be home during the clean? +
Not at all. Many of our regular clients give us a key or use a smart lock. Every member of our team is vetted, trained and fully insured, so you can go about your day with complete peace of mind.
Do you bring your own products and equipment? +
Yes — we arrive fully equipped with everything we need. If you'd prefer we use your own products or avoid certain chemicals, just let us know when you book and we'll accommodate that.
How does payment work? +
We ask for a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due once the clean is finished and you're happy with the result. Deposits are non-refundable, but bookings can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
Can I cancel or reschedule? +
Deposits are non-refundable, so we don't offer cancellations. However, you're welcome to reschedule your booking — simply give us at least 48 hours' notice and we'll move your appointment at no extra charge.
I'm not sure of my exact date yet — can I still book? +
Absolutely. Send your deposit and we'll hold a slot in our diary for you. Once you have a confirmed date, just get in touch at least 48 hours beforehand and we'll arrange everything.
What areas do you cover? +
We cover homes and businesses across England. Get in touch with your postcode and we'll confirm availability and arrange a suitable time for your clean.
Are your products safe for children and pets? +
Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for your whole household, including children and pets. If you have any specific allergies or sensitivities, just let us know.
What are your working hours? +
We operate Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can reach us by phone or submit a quote request through our contact form at any time and we'll get back to you promptly.
